Mark and his wife, Theresa, live in Eagan, Minnesota, and are proud parents of four children, six granddaughters, and one grandson. Outside of work, Mark enjoys reading, following his favorite sports teams, and spending time with his family. He is also an active member of Mary Mother of the Church in Burnsville.

Erin Bjorkstrand serves as our receptionist and scheduler, bringing a strong commitment to customer care. Erin previously spent two decades teaching infant childcare—a career she truly loved.

James Bjorkstrand is a Master Installer with 20 years of experience and takes great pride in providing quality workmanship and dependable service. He is dedicated to doing every job right and treating each customer with the care and respect they deserve.
James is the proud father of two children. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and following his favorite sports.
